Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (USA). This ensures we can maintain our high standards of delivery speed and service quality.

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on every order, regardless of the value or size. The price you see in your cart is the final amount you pay—there are no hidden shipping fees or handling charges.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
Handling Time: Each order is carefully packed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 04:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time). Orders completed by this time on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders received after this time will enter the processing queue on the following business day.
4. Estimated Transit & Delivery Time
The estimated delivery window commences once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility.
USA Delivery: Generally occurs within 1 to 5 business days.
Total Delivery Time: Please expect your order to arrive within 2 to 8 business days (Handling + Transit time).

6. Modifications to Shipping Address
To amend your shipping address, please email us at contact@beekeepercollection.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Address modifications beyond this time frame may not be feasible as processing may have already commenced.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any point prior to dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and must be treated as a return according to our Refund & Return Policy.

If you receive a damaged package or if your shipment is lost, please notify us at contact@beekeepercollection.com within 7 days of delivery. Please keep all original packaging materials intact to assist with the claims process.
