At Beekeeper Collection, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to ensure you are thoroughly pleased with your order. Should you find that your purchase has not met your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
3. How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Beekeeper Collection will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all costs.
Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@beekeepercollection.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before the item has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it must be treated as a return under the terms outlined above.
