Should you find that your purchase has not met your expectations, you are welcome to initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. This 30-day period grants you the opportunity to consult us regarding a return and a full refund.
Criteria for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be satisfied:
- Condition: The merchandise must be in the identical state in which it was delivered to you, specifically unworn, unused, unwashed, and otherwise undamaged.
- Originals: All original tags must remain affixed and the product must be enclosed in its original packaging.

Procedure for Initiating a Return

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If you choose to return an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or for any other reason not attributable to an error on our part, you will incur the return shipping charges.
- Our Responsibility: Should your return stem from a mistake on our part—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product—we will bear the return shipping charges. In such cases, we will either send you a prepaid return label or reimburse you for the standard return shipping cost.
Damages or Issues
We ask that you examine your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover any defect, damage, or if the item is not what you ordered, please email us at contact@beekeepercollection.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the matter and either send a replacement or process a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, please return the item in your possession. Once we accept your return, you can proceed with a new order for the replacement item of your choice.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you wish to cancel, we recommend you contact us without delay. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled and must be treated as a return as outlined below.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of the outcome. If we approve the return, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note, your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit.
